Refund policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order (or part of it), without having to justify your decision.

Returning the order

If you decide to return any product purchased from our store, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If the 14th day is a non-working day, you have the next working day to inform us of your decision.

Please send an email to office@naturalplus.ro informing us that you have decided to return your order. To do this, you can either complete and attach our return form to your email (which you can request via email), or you can mention the following information directly in the email:

  • The product(s) you wish to return (mention "all" if you wish to return the entire order)
  • Order date
  • Date of receipt
  • Name (mention the name under which the order was sent).

After receiving our confirmation, you have 14 days to return the product to us. It is not necessary for the product to reach us within this 14-day period, as long as you can prove that you sent it within the first 14 days.

  • Please return the order to the address below.
  • When making the return, please request a shipping confirmation from the courier company.
  • Please return the products in their original packaging.

We will refund the value of your order within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Warnings:

  • Please note that if the returned product is part of a larger order, we do not refund the initial shipping fee.
  • We only refund the standard shipping fee. Even if you have opted for express delivery, we will refund the standard shipping fee.
  • The return shipping fee will not be refunded. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment (for example, but not limited to, credit card, PayPal, or gift card). An exception to this provision may be made if you have agreed with us to make the refund by another method.
  • Please note that you may be liable for the decrease in value of the product if it is clearly damaged as a result of your negligence.

Can any product be returned, under any conditions?

All intact, complete, undamaged and unused products can be returned. Please note the following:

  • To be returned, supplements must be unopened and the seal intact, for food safety reasons.
  • Only items purchased through this website can be returned. Naturalplus products purchased from another point of sale must be returned to the respective retailer.

Returning damaged products

Please return the order to the return address indicated below.

Please send us the shipping confirmation. You can do this by email at office@naturalplus.ro

After receiving your returned order, we will either refund your purchase price or send you a new package to replace the damaged products within 2-4 business days. In the event of a refund, we will refund the full purchase price, including the return shipping fee, within 2 business days* of receiving the return. Business days are Monday-Friday.

Please note that if the returned product is part of a larger order, we do not refund the initial shipping fee.

*Please note that depending on your bank and payment service provider, it may take a few days for the refunded amount to actually reach your account.
