Shopping cart:

Natural Plus dietary supplements can be purchased online safely, simply and quickly. Ordering online takes a few minutes and all you have to do is follow a few simple steps. Registration (creating an account) is not required to place an order.

Step 1. Search for the desired product

Use the menu in the top bar to search for the desired product.

Step 2. Choose the desired product.

Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button.

Step 3. Shopping cart

After adding the products you are automatically directed to the shopping cart where you can view all the added products. If you wish, the products can be removed from the cart and the quantity modified. Select the “Update Cart” button to update the order.

After adding the desired products to the cart, you must select the billing data, delivery address, payment methods (Cash on delivery, Card). Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. The Natural Plus store allows you to place an order without creating an account, but we recommend that you register in order to benefit from all discounts, promotions, and new products.

Step 4.Completing the order

After checking the “Order Summary” form, where you will see the ordered products and the total payment amount, click on the “Place order” button to finalize. After this, you will see a message confirming the order and you will receive a confirmation email with the name and code of the ordered products, the payment method, and the delivery time: maximum 48 hours.

Transportation:

Natural Plus supplements will be delivered via Sameday express courier company, nationwide.

Shipping is FREE if the total value of the order exceeds 150 lei.
If the total value of the order is less than 150 lei, the shipping cost is 20 lei.

Product delivery

The products will be delivered within MAXIMUM 3 working days of order confirmation. If the product appears on the site as unavailable, please contact us for more details.

Payment Methods:

1. Refund (Payment is made in cash upon receipt of the package from the COURIER)
2. Online payment by card

Online Payments

Payment can also be made online using your personal card, in complete safety.

Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MasterCard logos and others.

No additional commission is charged for transactions.

To ensure transaction security, Natural Plus uses the STRIPE platform.
The transaction will appear as Natural Plus on the cardholder's account/card statement.

Transaction cancellation

Cancellation of the transaction is only possible by phone without the obligation to mention the reason for its cancellation. You can contact us at any of the phone numbers displayed 0264-222.562; 0744-696.280. Cancellation can only be made until the order is processed or shipped.

After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount in the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return. The duration of the unblocking of the funds depends entirely on the bank. Natural Plus has no influence on the bank's policy.
